We note that our products require an MTA or Material Transfer agreement prior to releasing the Kit or product. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (soren@topogen.com) if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or in cases of dry ice shipping, if there is no dry ice in the package.
