Making Stable Cell Lines that House Either HR or NHEJ Systems.

Do you have a cell line that you would like to test HR or NHEJ?  We can help!  These kits provide all the tools you need to make a stable cell line to 'host' either pathway.  You simply transfect either HR or NHEJ GFP reporter, perform selections, clone out positives and screen of I-Sce1 dependent GFP+ cells in clones.  Any lab with cell culture expertise should be capable of making Cell Line "X" with the backbone reporter that can be activated by I-Sce1.
